If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a refund or store credit within the designated return period. All returns must be initiated through our official Returns Portal.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unworn, in original new condition, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Final sale items, as marked, and digital gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return:
For a seamless process, please start your return online. You will need your order number and email address. We offer the following return methods:

  • Prepaid Mailer Return: Start your return online to receive a prepaid return shipping label. A processing fee may apply per return and will be deducted from your refund. Securely package the items, attach the label, and drop the package at an authorized carrier location.
  • In-Person Drop-off: Start your return online to receive a QR code. Visit a participating drop-off location with your items and QR code for a box-free return. This is our recommended method for its convenience.

After Your Return is Submitted:

  • Please allow several business days for your return to be received at our warehouse after you ship it or drop it off.
  • Once received, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return conditions.
  • Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment used for the order.
  • You will receive an email notification confirming the issuance of your refund. Please allow additional time for the financial institution to post the credit to your account.
  • We cannot process refunds for returns that are lost in transit without a tracking number or sent without using our authorized return method.

  • We are unable to offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
